Instead of a homogenized solutions approach I find listening and understanding the story the people want to tell makes all the difference. Get to know them as people, how they work, and why they do what they do. Listen to ideas for what would work and help visualize what that would look like. Then the exciting part! Together we develop a plan that aligns with people and business goals while paying careful attention to the who, what, where, and how of ownership, simplicity, scale, sustainability, adoption, and ROI. At each step in the process ensuring every contributing team member understands and agrees on the progress, they become champions, helping to clear the path of the initiative that really moves the needle to achieve lasting business adoption and success.

What’s up with the name Monkey King Studios?

Well, for me the Monkey King or Sun WuKong represents transformation, curiosity, wonder, evolution, innovation, understanding, and acceptance with maybe a touch of mischief for fun. The meaning behind those words is how we become something more than yesterday and all the better tomorrow. When we work together without ego, perceived limits, and fear of change because we have a partner beside us is when we accomplish great things.
